We do indeed care about your satisfaction, and will strongly strive to make you a happy customer.  Sometimes, things happen because of mistakes that we inadvertently make, or the customer becomes dissatisfied for some reason.   When this happens, please drop us an email - there is NEVER a circumstance where an email will go unanswered.   We will try very hard to satisfy your request, but we can not control certain things.

One example of what we can not do guarantee is that you will like this, or any, product, or that it will have, or not have, some specific or general effect on or for you, or that the product that you purchase will make you happier, better, more comfortable, more healthy, or anything like it.  We are all different, and we can not control your physiology or lifestyle, and we can not and do not warrant that you will have any specific or general effect or reaction from any product that we provide.  These are health supplements -- not a panacea.  They can indeed have wonderful, even startling effects of your health, but we guarantee and warrant no such thing.

Of course, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer 30 day money back guarantee, however, all returns require a Return Merchant Authorization # (RMA.) If you do not enjoy our product or decide to cancel your subscription, you must call our customer service to receive a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#).   Once return with RMA # has been received, you will receive your refund within 30 days. This applies for 30 days only - any purchase older than 30 days will not be refunded.  Consumed or opened bottles of any brand, whether returned or not, will be charged at the full retail rate.  You will receive a refund of the balance of what is returned, minus the restocking fee and shipping charge.

Please keep in mind that shipping, books and pH material are not ever refundable.

Almost all people are happy with these products, and will continue to use them.  If you are unhappy with the product and have consumed the product, you should not buy any more.   We do not warrant that you will like this or any product, or that it will bring any specific, desired, anticipated, or other benefit.  You should not take coral calcium if you are allergic to shellfish.  If you are pregnant or sick you should always get the advise of a health care professional.  These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  Individual results will vary from person to person.  Self medication is never a good idea - if you have a serious illness or disease, we always recommend that you see a medical professional.

You must include the invoice that was sent to you when these were originally purchased.  Every customer is emailed an invoice and a re-cap of what was ordered.  You'll quickly receive a full refund for all unopened bottles returned once they are received (minus the restocking fee and shipping charge).

Shipping charges are incurred, and are therefore never refunded.  Books are not refundable under any circumstance.   Under all conditions all returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
